About Us

Providence is a community of 79 homes located halfway between Dawsonville and Gainesville. As you enter our neighborhood, you are immediately transported to a place where old world charm, family tradition, and a friendly community come together as one.

The Providence Homeowner's Association is not just a bunch of houses located in a small corner of Gainesville. It’s all of the neighbors, friends, and families who make up our community and it is the goal of the HOA to serve those people.

The HOA serves the community by focusing on the items that make Providence a wonderful place to call home. This is achieved through the social activities that are sponsored by the HOA throughout the year, by sound financial management of the HOA assets, and by the enforcement of covenants and restrictions. All of these efforts contribute to maintaining our property values, and facilitating the maintenance, improvement, and enjoyment of our current amenities such as the pool and entranceway, as well as future enhancements.

In order to keep Providence a place that we can all be proud to call home, it requires a commitment from everyone who lives here. The degree of participation can be something as simple as volunteering to help with some portion of a party/event or serving on the HOA Board or a committee. Each level of participation is rewarding and is essential to sustaining our community.
